Payment Policy
1. General Provisions
This policy defines the rules for payment of educational services on the PyLand platform in accordance with Georgian legislation.
Payment is only possible after user registration. All prices are in lari (GEL), payment in another currency is possible at the bank rate at the time of payment.
2. Payment Methods
Currently, the platform supports the following payment methods:
- Bank cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) - upon connection of payment gateways
- Stripe - integration planned
- PayPal - integration planned
- Manual payment (bank transfer) - by request
Important! The platform does not store bank card data. All payments will go through certified payment gateways (PCI DSS Level 1) after their connection.
3. Payment Process
- Select the desired course and click 'Pay'.
- Enter correct payment details and confirm the transaction.
- After successful payment, you will receive electronic confirmation and access to the course will be opened automatically.

4. Payment Security
All payments are protected by PCI DSS standard. PyLand does not store or process users' bank card data.
In case of suspicious operations, PyLand has the right to suspend access pending investigation.
5. Refunds and Payment Cancellation
Refund is possible in cases provided by the Refund Policy. Refund period - up to 10 business days after application approval. Bank and payment system fees may be withheld according to their rules.
In case of payment cancellation at the user's initiative or for technical reasons, funds are returned in the same way as the payment was made.
