Payment Policy
1. General Provisions
Настоящая политика определяет правила оплаты образовательных услуг на платформе PyLand.
Оплата возможна только после регистрации пользователя. Платежи обрабатываются через Paddle в валютах: USD, EUR, RUB с автоматической конвертацией.
2. Payment Methods
Currently, the platform supports the following payment methods:
- Paddle - международные платежи через банковские карты (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), цифровые кошельки и локальные методы оплаты
Important! Платформа не хранит данные банковских карт. Все платежи будут проходить через сертифицированные платежные шлюзы (PCI DSS Level 1).
3. Payment Process
- Select the desired course and click 'Pay'.
- Enter correct payment details and confirm the transaction.
- After successful payment, you will receive electronic confirmation and access to the course will be opened automatically.

4. Payment Security
All payments are protected by PCI DSS standard. PyLand does not store or process users' bank card data.
In case of suspicious operations, PyLand has the right to suspend access pending investigation.
5. Refunds and Payment Cancellation
Refund is possible in cases provided by the Refund Policy. Refund period - up to 10 business days after application approval. Bank and payment system fees may be withheld according to their rules.
In case of payment cancellation at the user's initiative or for technical reasons, funds are returned in the same way as the payment was made.
