Public Offer

This document constitutes a public offer in accordance with Articles 329–330 of the Civil Code of Georgia and contains all material terms of the contract for the provision of educational services in electronic form.

1. Offeror

2. Subject of the Offer

The Offeror offers an unspecified circle of persons (hereinafter 'Acceptor'/'User') to conclude a contract for the provision of educational services in electronic form, including:The Offeror invites any person (hereinafter — 'Acceptor'/'User') to enter into a contract for the provision of educational services in electronic form, including:

access to online courses in programming and related disciplines;
video lessons, text materials, practical assignments and tests;
mentoring support as part of selected courses;
certificates of successful course completion.

3. Acceptance of the Offer

Acceptance of this offer is constituted by the User performing any of the following actions:Acceptance of this offer is constituted by the User performing any of the following actions:

payment for a course via the Paddle payment form on pylandschool.com;
registering on the Platform and commencing free use (with respect to free services).registration on the Platform and commencement of free use (for free services).

Acceptance of the offer constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of all terms of this document, the Terms of Use, and the Privacy Policy.

The contract is deemed concluded at the moment of payment confirmation by Paddle (for paid courses) or at the moment of completion of registration (for free access).

4. Paddle's Role in Payment

Course payments are processed by the applicable Paddle entity identified at checkout and in the Paddle Buyer Terms as authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. The User contracts with Paddle for the payment transaction. pylandschool licenses the educational content and supports the product after payment confirmation.

5. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

Obligations of the Offeror (pylandschool)

To provide access to the purchased course immediately upon payment confirmation by Paddle.
To ensure the availability of course materials for at least 2 years from the date of purchase.
Provide technical support to users.
Process personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
Inform Users of material changes to purchased courses by an available method where required by applicable law or the nature of the change.

Offeror's Rights

Make changes to course content to improve teaching quality.
Suspend access when the User violates the terms of this offer.
Change course prices — without affecting already completed purchases.

User's Obligations

Use course materials exclusively for personal educational purposes.
Not reproduce, resell, or distribute course materials.
Provide accurate information during registration.
Comply with the Platform Rules.

User's Rights

Receive personal access to the purchased course while it exists on the Platform, but for at least 2 years from purchase unless a different term was stated at checkout.
Request a refund within 30 days with no questions asked.
Contact support on any matter related to Platform use.

6. Pricing and Payment

The course price is displayed on the course page in an available currency. Paddle shows the final currency and total including applicable taxes before payment confirmation.

Payment is made as a one-time charge through the Paddle payment form. Available payment methods are determined by Paddle based on the User's country.

7. Service Delivery

Access to the course is provided immediately upon payment confirmation from Paddle. The User receives an email notification confirming access.

Educational services are provided in electronic form through the Platform interface at pylandschool.com. No special software is required — a modern web browser and internet connection are sufficient.

8. Liability of the Parties

The parties are released from liability for non-performance or improper performance of obligations due to force majeure circumstances: natural disasters, military actions, governmental actions, disruptions to internet infrastructure, and other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the parties.

The Offeror's total liability shall not exceed the price of the course purchased by the User. The Offeror is not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or other similar losses.

9. Termination of Contract

The User has the right to terminate the contract by requesting a refund within 30 days of purchase in accordance with the Refund Policy.

The Offeror has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract in the event of a material breach by the User of the terms of this offer, returning to the User a proportional part of the course price.

10. Governing Law

This offer and the contract concluded on its basis are governed by Georgian law, in particular the Civil Code of Georgia and the Georgian Law on Electronic Commerce.

Disputes not resolved through negotiations shall be referred to the competent courts of Georgia. Georgian courts cannot override mandatory consumer rights granted by the law of the user's country of residence.

EU consumers

For consumers in the European Union, the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence apply, including Directive 2011/83/EU. Disputes may be heard by courts where the consumer resides.

UK Consumers

Consumers in the United Kingdom may rely on protections under English law and bring claims before UK courts. The Consumer Rights Act 2015 and other applicable UK consumer legislation apply.

Australian consumers — ACL

Australian consumers have statutory guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), Schedule 2 to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth). Disputes may be heard by courts in the relevant Australian state or territory. This Public Offer does not exclude or limit those rights.
