Platform Rules

1. General Provisions

These Community Rules govern user behaviour on the PyLand platform (pylandschool.com) and supplement the Terms of Use. By using the Platform, you agree to comply with these Rules.

The purpose of these Rules is to ensure a safe, respectful, and productive educational environment for all participants.

2. Account and Security

• Each user may have only one account. Creating multiple accounts is prohibited.
• You must provide accurate information when registering.
• Use a strong, unique password and do not share your credentials with third parties.
• If you discover unauthorised access to your account, notify us immediately at info@pylandschool.com.
• Users are responsible for all actions performed from their account.

3. Content Rules

Use of Course Materials

• Course materials are intended exclusively for personal educational use.
• Downloading, copying, and distributing video materials is prohibited unless explicitly permitted by the Company.
• Screen recording of course videos for subsequent distribution is prohibited.
• Sharing an account to grant access to multiple people is prohibited.

User Content

By publishing materials on the Platform (questions, answers, comments, projects), you confirm that you have the right to publish them and grant the Company a non-exclusive right to use these materials for Platform purposes.

4. Community Guidelines

When interacting with other users and mentors, you must:

• ask specific questions after studying the lesson materials;
• provide constructive feedback on other students' projects;
• maintain academic integrity: do not pass others' work off as your own.

5. Prohibited Actions

The following are strictly prohibited on the Platform:

6. Intellectual Property

All Platform content is protected by copyright and belongs to pylandschool or is provided under licences. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of materials constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal liability.

If you believe that content on the Platform infringes your copyright, send a DMCA notice to info@pylandschool.com with a description of the infringement and a link to the disputed material.

7. Violations and Sanctions

In the event of a permanent ban initiated by the Company due to a violation of the Rules, purchased courses are non-refundable except where applicable consumer law provides otherwise.

The Company reserves the right to immediately block an account without warning in cases of serious violation (attacks on systems, fraud, distribution of illegal content).

8. Appeal

If you believe your account was blocked without justification, send an appeal to info@pylandschool.com within 30 days of the block. The Company will review the appeal and provide a response within 14 business days. Every user may appeal regardless of their country of residence.
